Has anyone tried the Zwift Olympic Tri Prep Plan? Is that the best plan if I’m looking to improve performance for an Olympic triathlon, or is it geared towards just getting a beginner across the line in good form? Is there a better plan to boost performance for an Olympic distance race, like the Time Trial Specif, or FTP Booster plans?
