So after the 3 hard weeks we have a rest week, how much training should be done in this rest week is there a suggested TSS for the rest week. (ie 50% of first hard week?)


Great question! As a rule of thumb hard weeks should be (CTL + ~20-30)*7 and easy weeks should be about (CTL - ~20/30)*7.
