Really good session - easy to 7nderstand and very helpful


Interesting, once I get on the bike, I am usually fine, but sometimes I end up in a fatigue state where I reset the alarm for 90 minutes later and rearrange the workout. Maybe I’ve just ridden long enough to know when it isn’t going to happen… many moons ago before Endurance Lab, TeamODZ, and Zwift… I would destroy myself outside…
