Slow down, love food, eat intuitively


So, @Coach_Theia and I are big believers in the power of the body dictating his and her needs and us listening. Especially when it comes to nutrition. I aim to work with every client intuitively…what do they need…

Us controlling type As however are not so good to listen, instead we try to dictate calorie control, exercise control, food control. It rarely works and it definitely fails to satisfy in the long-term past the “I love myself because I beat myself up” success moments.

What if you used a more intuitive approach? A happier approach, an approach driven by self respect?
