Getting to some strength training for endurance athletes



Ah, yes. The powerlifting is in beta testing right now with a couple of folks. The transition lab is mostly bodyweight focused.


Right. I figure I’ll just throw in the power lifting at the end of the other workout. I’m typically in the gym for an hour anyway. We’ve got a little “club” going with the kids at lunch. I figure one heavy exercise a day is good. Try not to put heavy leg days near each other.
